Announcing G.A.L. 2.0!

GAL 2.0 is now available in Release Candidate status. Many enhancements have been made to G.A.L. since version 1.5. GAL-2.0 is based on SLAX6 which is based on Slackware 12. This new Linux framework uses the latest Open Source Technologies to enhance the User's Desktop Experience. GAL's additional security enhancements and vast personal operating system experience focus brings version 2.0 into a whole new realm of portable security and productivity.

We continue to increase the security, privacy, and functionality of GAL with each release. There are just a few remaining touches to add to 2.0 before we release it as GAL-2.0-GA but it is available to test for functionality.
